We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager who can bring his/her energy and experience into a unique role. The team in Milan is quite new and the Sales Manager has the opportunity to contribute to the growth. He/she will be responsible for hunting and pitching brands and working with agencies to educate them on the Tangoo’s proposition and competitive know-how, and persuading them to work with Tangoo.
Sales Manager in Tangoo:
- Understands digital marketing, ad operations and ad technology;
- Prospects to decision-makers within enterprise marketing departments;
- Produces proposals for new business that are compelling and meet the needs of the client;
- Assists in the preparation and execution of sales pitches to drive new revenue opportunities;
- Delivers revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort and collaboration with team members;
- Engages clients about all products within portfolio and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives by consultative approach;
- Manages and maintains the opportunity pipeline using an internal sales management system.
The perfect candidate possesses:
- Programmatic advertising 4-5 years’ experience;
- A good deal of contacts of direct clients and agency clients;
- Understanding of advertiser, agency, competitors, data and vendors’ landscapes and trends;
- Excellent sales and consultant skills including persuasive and synthetic communication, negotiation and presentation;
- Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Able to work in a fast-paced organization, with a startup environment;
- Very good English skills, another European language will be a plus (Spanish, German, French)
