Customer Success Manager

As client services pro, you’re comfortable managing and growing agency accounts and direct clients, and able to prioritize between a hundred different things at once. You enjoy diving into data as well as taking an agency out for dinner. You are able to build and present QBR to clients : provide insights on key figures, results achieved, new opportunities / products, and next steps to develop collaboration.
Your mission at Tangoo:
Customer Success Manager is in charge of the management of advanced digital marketing projects for medium and big companies, aiming to use digital leverages to improve their digital strategy and in general to grow their business.
The digital leverages are:
- Digital Advertising and Media Planning
- Creatives & digital design
- Digital Analytics and Intelligence
- Conversion Rate Optimization
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Web Content Management / eCommerce consulting and development
- Technology Consulting for Digital marketing purposes
What you will do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key agency accounts
- Work closely with the Trading and team to rapidly onboard new customers
- Work closely with Sales to identify ways to grow current accounts
- Planning and monitoring the full project according to the client goals
- Organizing the internal team of specialists
- Cooperating with the team to provide the client with the best solutions for its business
- Project & performances and cost control
- Ensuring campaigns are delivering, meet performance targets whilst providing optimisation and recommendations when necessary
- Provide continual training to clients as new products and services are added to Tangoo Offer
- Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to the Product Specialists
- Help build the Client Services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides
- Working alongside with analytics teams to provide additional details and ad hoc reporting.
- Understand core needs and pain points of clients : give solution, potential alternative Requirements:
- 2-5 years of online advertising experience required (as strategist or media planner); in companies such as trading desks , web agencies , adtech e martech companies
- 1+ years of client-facing experience
- Expertise in programmatic is mandatory: working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other platforms is a plus
- Availability to travel both nationally and internationally (10% of time)
- Experience in managing and/or analyzing paid media campaigns, experience with creative & design services will be a plus
- Solid experience in Excel and Power Point, including QBR & commercial presentations, pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies
- Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills – both with internal teams and external teams
