In recent partnerships with leading brands in the telecommunications industry, Tangoo aimed to improve their digital marketing efforts across multiple international markets. These brands focused on boosting their online visibility, and attracting new users through strategic retargeting and prospecting campaigns, and reconnecting current customers.
One of the main challenges in the telecom industry has been acquiring new clients for various products and services, especially those offered through PSP. To address this, our retargeting strategy specifically targeted customers who had abandoned their shopping carts before completing a purchase. Despite launching new offers, sales were initially low.
We implemented a well-structured strategy for each telco brand, focusing on a full-funnel approach that combined Retargeting and Prospecting, with Programmatic Display as the key component.
